"Farinha de Mandioca Torrada" by "Yoki®", is a source of fibre that comes from the cassava root and is naturally gluten free. Mainly used as a base for "Farofa" and rich in iron, it can also be used in several recipes and food preparation a good example are for example the popular dish "Feijoada" or traditional barbecues.
To make "Farofa" you have to fry the cassava flour in butter, seasoned with onion, salt, parsley and bacon. That's it!
