Proportion: Using the right percentage of coffee and water is essential to take advantage of the intense flavor of SICAL. For each cup, SICAL recommends brewing between 7 and 8 grams of coffee, the equivalent of a tablespoon. In a cup of coffee, water is one of the main elements. This must be crystalline, free of impurities and must be at an ideal temperature between 90 and 96ºC, immediately before reaching its boiling point.
