A cake made from a very moist recipe that can make any moment tastier. This is Renata's Traditional English Cornmeal Cake.
Ingredients Wheat flour enriched with iron and folic acid, sugar, pasteurized egg, vegetable fat, corn flour, margarine, corn oil, sweet grass, whole milk, salt, cinnamon powder, emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, fatty acid ester with polyglycerol and potassium stearate), sorbitol moisturizing solution, xanthan gum stabilizer, chemical starters (sodium bicarbonate and sodium aluminum phosphate), preservatives sorbic acid and calcium propionate, synthetic color identical to natural beta carotene.
Allergenic Information CONTAINS WHEAT AND SOY DERIVATIVES.
Preparation Recommendation 1. Mix the contents of this package with the margarine, eggs, and milk. Beat in the mixer for 4 minutes at high speed or by hand for 6 minutes, until a smooth and homogeneous dough is obtained;
2. Pour the dough into a greased baking pan and bake in a preheated oven (180ºC); 3. Bake at medium temperature (180ºC) and according to the indicated time for each type of pan. Do not open the oven before 25 minutes of baking. To check if the cake is baked, stick a toothpick in it. If the toothpick comes out clean, the cake is ready; 4. After it is ready, let it cool for 15 minutes, unmold and serve.
Storage Store tightly closed in the original package in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight.
