This is a spice made from the mixture of several other spices. Thus, as the name implies, the Bahian spice originated in " Bahia" a northeast Region of Brazil. It goes well in almost everything, from the famous corn couscous, to "moqueca" and feijoada! And like all good spices, it won over Brazil from north to south, and today practically all of Brazil knows and uses the bahian spice. With its spicy flavour, it is ideal to be used in broths, stews and soups on colder days, as well as on fish, poultry and red meat.
