The "Barão®" yerba mate, Argentina type, gets its name due to its Argentinean standard. It is produced with a blend of native and cultivated yerba mate and its drying is done in a rotary dryer. Its classification is made by sieves classifiers, which gives the leaf of yerba mate a coarser grain size, after that the yerba mate is stored for a period of 8-12 months for maturation, due to this process, the Yerba Mate Argentina type has its flavor and bitterness intensified
