Portuguese Olive oil, superior category, obtained directly from olives, only by mechanical processes. The Cobrançosa olive presents a great resistance to cold but, as a good olive from Alentejo, it also presents some susceptibility to heat. Its olive oil provokes bitter and spicy sensations of medium intensity, which increase when harvested green.
