Rooted in Ponte de Lima’s century-old tradition, Minho Fumeiro has preserved the legacy of Casa Borges since 1913, now in its fourth generation. Their range includes 16 premium products—classic enchidos, smoked meats, light and low-sodium alternatives—crafted with artisan techniques using locally sourced ingredients. Pioneers in food safety, they were the first in Portugal to achieve ISO 22000 certification in 2005 and FSSC 22000 in 2017.
