Yes, when you place your order you will receive an email with the order description. With your package and after delivery you will receive by email an invoice/receipt with the description and actual value of the purchase (adjusted after the availability of products) issued by a certified invoicing program. All prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) of the the customer's country.

Depending on the volume of deliveries at the given time the fullfilment time varies from 5min to 15min.

Depending on the delivery location the shipping/delivery time varies from 30min (Lisbon and Munich region) to 3 days (international).

After receiving your order, we direclty gather your products confirming our stock in our warehouse. If a product is not available, we will contact you to exchange the product or withdraw the order.

We ship European-wide to over 57 countries. We also offer Same-Day Delivery for Lisbon and Munich region. If we don't provide service for your region yet, you can always reach out to us and request a quation.

No. You can place your order without creating an account. However, having or creating an account allows you to access important information, and makes placing new orders much easier.

Made in Market is constantly evolving and our mission is to meet the needs of our customers. If you want a product that does not exist in our offer, please contact us by phone +351 925544500 or by email support@madeinmarket.eu and whenever possible we will add the product in question to our portfolio.

In the order form there is a text field where you can add these products that we do not have available. Normally we deliver your order with these products already added to our portfolio, so that you don't have the same problem next time.

If your order is not yet ready to be delivered we can always make changes.

Up to two hours prior to the start of the desired delivery time, the order can be cancelled. With less than two hours you will be charged the shipping fee.
