For this Christmas, we've teamed up delicious Sharish® Gin along with Pellegrino® tonic water to form the essential combo to enjoy with friends over the holidays!
Part of a base distillation of fresh bravo de Esmolfe apples. All botanicals are distilled separately and then the alcohol content is corrected and a blend is made with all the distillates. This is followed by a post distillation infusion with cinnamon and vanilla.

Tasting Notes: Sharish Gin is a soft drink with a unique aroma, where citrus flavours - from the orange peel Citrus flavours - from the orange peel -, the soft sweetness of the Esmolfe's bravo apple and vanilla, as well as the identifiable juniper. The The more subtle touches of this gin come from cloves and coriander seeds, at the end of the tasting, the slight spiciness of the Lúcia-Lima can be felt.
