Shipping Information 📦

We recognize how crucial it is for you to receive your purchases promptly and affordably.

To achieve this, we have established strong partnerships with our courier services, ensuring you benefit from the most competitive prices and the swiftest delivery times possible.

Below you can find the price and time estimates for your delivery.

For more detailed information, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Shipping costs & options

The shipping cost for your order will be automatically calculated at checkout, prior to making your payment. This ensures complete transparency and allows you to make an informed decision.

For added flexibility, we also provide faster shipping options through DHL Economy® and DHL Express®, with rates determined at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order.

Delivery times

We calculate the delivery deadline as the estimated number of working days needed for your order to reach you.

This estimation starts on the business day following the dispatch of your order. Please note that this timeline does not include holidays in both the origin and destination countries, nor does it account for any potential delays in customs processing, particularly relevant for non-EU countries and territories outside the customs union.

Keep in mind that the provided delivery dates are estimates. Delivery efficiency can vary, especially in larger cities and business districts.

Heavy & bulky items

Orders containing significant quantities of heavy or bulky items, especially liquids and beverages, may incur additional shipping charges.

Heavy or bulky items that exceed the free shipping limit and have not been covered by the additional fee will be excluded from the order and refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Also, certain products, like mineral water or milk, are subject to purchase quantity restrictions. These measures are in place to manage shipping logistics effectively.

Customs Duties and Import Procedures (Non-EU)

As a shopper outside the European Customs Union, it's important for you to be aware of additional responsibilities related to VAT and customs duties. These charges, determined by your destination country, are your responsibility and crucial for the legal importation of goods.

Please note that these fees vary from country to country, and failing to comply with them can lead to penalties. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

For shipments to specific regions (e.g., Brazil), providing a VAT ID or social security number is mandatory.

🇧🇷 Brazil

DHL Economy® and DHL Express® rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and dimensions. The transit times are estimated and refer to the shipment to the main destinations.

Please note that for all sales outside of the European Union, the recipient is responsible for paying any applicable VAT and customs duties. These fees must be paid to the relevant authorities, and failure to do so may result in penalties, fines, and legal consequences. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict the exact amount that will be charged. It is important for the recipient to be aware of their legal obligations and to ensure that all necessary fees are paid.

For shipments to Brazil, it's mandatory to provide a CPF or CNPJ in good standing with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service. In formal importation cases, the consignee (importer) must appoint a customs broker. This broker assists in navigating the import process and ensuring regulatory compliance. The carrier will provide the necessary steps for customs clearance. Be aware that if no action is taken within 90 days of your shipment's arrival, local customs may deem it abandoned.

If the customer or consignee does not respond, proceed with the import, or refuses the shipment, we will issue a refund, deducting any shipping, return, and additional costs incurred. Please note, we cannot guarantee reimbursement of shipping and other expenses if the consignee does not complete the import process. Unclaimed shipments will be returned, and ownership may revert to the sender.

For all inquiries, including tracking and document requests, contact DHL at faleconosco.br@dhl.com. For a thorough understanding of the import process and duties, we recommend consulting the following resources for guidelines on international orders and customs procedures:

🇨🇦 Canada

UPS Express® shipping rates are automatically calculated during checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your package.

Duties and Taxes

Customers are responsible for paying any applicable VAT and customs duties to the local authorities. Unpaid fees may result in fines or other legal issues.

We can’t predict or control these charges, so please make sure you are familiar with your local regulations. In some cases, you may need to pick up your package at a local parcel shop and pay any outstanding duties. UPS offers normally online payment options to make this process easier.

Customs processing can sometimes cause delays, which are out of our control.

UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. Box address. All packages require a consignee's contact name and complete street address including apartment, suite or unit number if applicable. The consignee's telephone number should be provided if known.

The importer of record (IOR) is generally the Canadian entity that orders the goods. Typically the IOR pays the duties and taxes. Where a formal release is required, goods are manifested for Customs control purposes. Commercial imports over $2500 CAD and controlled goods of any value are manifested and require a unique business number for the IOR. Manifested casual imports (ie formal entries) use the unique BN of the broker. If the invoice displays different Canadian Sold To and Ship To addresses, the IOR is the Sold To address. A Non-Resident Importer is exempt from this requirement. The broker must have written power of attorney for the IOR. Third-party brokers must be given the import documents for clearance on behalf of their consignees.

Import Restrictions

Food Items: All food products, whether perishable or not, are accepted, regardless of whether they are intended for individual customers or businesses. However, import licenses or declarations may be required. Shipment containing food products will be automatically directed to the government entity ODG, which, in coordination with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA), will carry out the necessary procedures to release the shipment.

Cheese: Can be imported, but if the commercial value exceeds $20 CAD or the weight exceeds 20 kg, the importer will be subject to an additional fee.

Seeds: Will only be accepted with a phytosanitary certificate.

Alcohol: Alcoholic beverages for individual customers cannot be imported into the following states: New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan, and Yukon.

For the remaining provinces, the importer must be registered, and the shipment can only contain alcohol.

  • Alberta: Maximum of 45 liters every 90 days.
  • British Columbia: Maximum of 45 liters per day.
  • Quebec: The importer must have an import license for beverages with more than 0.5% alcohol content.
  • Manitoba: No limit.
  • Ontario: Maximum of 45 liters per day, and dispatch fees must be paid in advance of delivery.

Customs Clearance

Shipments valued up to $1.000,00 USD are normally released against a manifest procedure, using key entered data submitted to customs before the goods arrive. However, for shipments valued over $100,00 USD or weight over 5kg, either the importers VAT number or Personal ID number must be keyed and appear on the Invoice as part of the shipment data at origin. If this is not done, UPS will have to contact the consignee, and this may result in a delay in the release of goods.

UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. Box address. All packages require a consignee's contact name and complete street address including apartment, suite or unit number if applicable. The consignee's telephone number should be provided if known.

All postal codes serviced have door-to-door service. The consignee will be contacted and asked for alternative address or to pick up from a center only if a package to an area not serviced is received.

Customs Clearance

UPS requires a Power of Attorney (POA) from the recipient to handle customs clearance. Alternatively, you can use your own broker or manage the process yourself. No matter how the clearance is handled, UPS will deliver the package once the customs process is completed.

Customs must clear your shipment or it must be returned within 20 days of arrival, otherwise, it will be seized. We are not responsible for shipments once they have been seized by customs.

A notary-approved POA and a valid tax number are needed for customs clearance. The POA is valid for up to 5 years unless otherwise specified by you.

You may only import goods for personal use, not for commercial purposes. There is a limit of five shipments per year (each worth less than €75). After this limit is reached, all shipments must go through formal customs clearance. Be sure to enter your tax number or Turkish ID number in the “Company” field during checkout.

Import Restrictions

Food Items: All food imports require approval from the Ministry of Agriculture.

Coffee: Imports require a phytosanitary certificate and an import license from the Ministry of Agriculture.

Alcohol: Alcoholic beverages for personal use are prohibited. Only licensed commercial companies can import alcohol with a permit from the Ministry of Agriculture and Monopoly Management.

Import value limits (Deminimis Value)

When the value of the shipment is equal to or less than the De minimis value ($800 USD), the shipment may enter the country or territory duty and tax free, with the exception of shipments containing certain PGA regulated commodities, those subject to anti-dumping/countervailing, and Tariff Rate Quota.

Shipments over $2500.50 USD require a valid Power of Attorney.

Import Restrictions

Shipments to individual customers weighing less than 50 lbs (approximately 22 kg) have simplified import processes, as inspection by the Food Safety and Inspection Service is not required. For shipments to individuals, we recommend keeping the weight below this threshold to avoid additional inspections.

  • Animal-Origin Products: Products from domesticated animals (such as cows, goats, sheep, and pigs) are allowed. Non-domesticated animal products require a CITES license and may face additional restrictions. Animal by-products such as gelatin, eggs, milk, and dairy products are allowed.
  • Fish & Seafood: Salmon, cod, and crab require a Certificate of Origin. Shipments containing tuna must be accompanied by NOAA form 370.
  • Special Prohibited Items: Honey, royal jelly, and Kinder Joy Eggs are not permitted.
  • Alcoholic Beverages: Importing alcohol into the United States requires clearance from U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and the U.S. Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau, regardless of the shipment’s value. The importer must obtain a TTB import permit and a Certificate of Labeling Approval. Additionally, FDA Prior Notice is required.
  • Wine: Wine shipments are restricted to certain states. For more information, consult the Affidavit, which details which states allow wine imports and the specific limitations. This document must be completed by the importer to avoid being held at U.S. customs by the FDA.
