For shipments to Brazil, it's mandatory to provide a CPF or CNPJ in good standing with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service. In formal importation cases, the consignee (importer) must appoint a customs broker. This broker assists in navigating the import process and ensuring regulatory compliance. The carrier will provide the necessary steps for customs clearance. Be aware that if no action is taken within 90 days of your shipment's arrival, local customs may deem it abandoned.
If the customer or consignee does not respond, proceed with the import, or refuses the shipment, we will issue a refund, deducting any shipping, return, and additional costs incurred.
