Evel Red wine is produced from vineyards located in the famous Quinta do Casal da Granja, Quinta do Cidrô and Quinta dos Aciprestes located in the concelhos of Alijó, S. João da Alijó, S. João da Pesqueira and Vale do Tua, respectively. ANALYSIS: 13.5% Alcohol | 5.3g/l Total Acidity | 3.65 pH  GRAPES: Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz Tasting Notes:A young, bright, deep ruby coloured wine. Notes of ripe fruit, complexedripe fruit, complexed by the typical vegetal nuances of the region and hints of vanilla from the ageing in wood.
