Founded in 1984 in Raposeiras, Sintra, Provida was born from a personal journey to heal through healthier nutrition. The company, led today by Alcino and Cesaltina Sousa and now run by their second generation, continues this mission with passion. With around 60 dedicated team members, Provida produces and distributes natural and organic products daily to Portuguese households.
