ADEGA DE BORBA DOC RED WINE - ALENTEJO REGIONAL WINE, 2018. The red wine, is a highly aromatic fresh and fruity bouquet black fruits and subtle spicy. The taste shows notes of plum, ripe fruit of the forest, lots of spices and a touch of leather. It goes well with lamb, beef, game, duck, tuna, grilled vegetables, Indian cuisine and has an alcohol content of 13% vol. ANALYSIS: 13,5% Alcohol | 5.5 g/l Total Acidity | 3.5 pH GRAPES: Alfrocheiro, Aragonez, Touriga Nacional Tasting Notes:Limpid aspect, garnet colour with violet nuances. Fine aroma, young, fruity with predominance of ripe reds. Soft, fresh flavour with some astringency confirming the fruity character of wild berries and red fruits, persistent at the end of the tasting.
