"Farofa" is an accompaniment made of roasted cassava flour, being consumed mainly in Brazil. This product by "YOKI®" is ready for immediate consumption already toasted and seasoned and on top added with onion pieces for the extra delicious taste, an excellent complement to feijoada or barbecue.
Ingredients:
Cassava flour, vegetable oils, onion, prepared condiment with onion flavour (rice flour, potato maltodextrin, garlic powder, modified tapioca starch, salt, flavourings, silicon dioxide and tricalcium phosphate antiumectants, trisodium phosphate acidity regulator, acidulant citric acid and antioxidant ascorbic acid), salt, garlic, colouring (corn flour enriched with iron and folic acid, soybean oil and natural annatto colouring), parsley, red pepper, black pepper, flavouring and flavour enhancer monosodium glutamate.
