Preparation Recommendation
Heat a non-stick skillet over low heat. Spread 3 tablespoons (about 60 g) of cassava starch in the pan. Heat for about 2 minutes until the edges start to loosen. Top with your tapioca (salty or sweet) and fold to heat further for about 30 seconds. Your tapioca pancake is ready - best served fresh and hot.
