Chicken meat (49%), bread (21%) (WHEAT flour, water, salt, yeast, preservative (sodium propionate)), Bísaro pork (11%), water, Trás-os-Montes PDO olive oil (4%), lard (pork fat and antioxidant-butylhydroxytoluene), salt, garlic, antioxidant (citric acid) and spices (sweet paprika and chilli).

Allergenic Information
Contains GLUTEN.

Preparation Recommendation
1. Cut the alheira from one side to the other to prevent it from bursting during frying due to the contraction of the skin.
2. Heat oil in a frying pan, ensuring that the level reaches only the cut area on the alheira.
3. Make sure the oil is very hot before adding the alheira to start the frying process immediately.
4. Fry until golden brown.

Storage
Store in the refrigerator.
