Preparation Recommendation No need to preheat the oven 1. Open the sachet and remove the seal. Place the bag on a baking tray, place the chicken (1.2 kg) and add the seasoning. 2. Gently massage the bag until the seasoning is spread all over the chicken. 3. seal tightly, leaving a gap between the chicken and the seal. Remember that the product must always be used with the seal inside the packaging. Place the baking tray in the oven at 180ºc, avoiding leaving the bag near the oven walls. Bake for 1 hour. 4. remove from the oven and open the bag carefully, as a hot vapour will come out. Your roast is ready to be served. Tip: To make the chicken browner, open the bag after 50 minutes and let it brown for a further 10 minutes in the oven.
