What is chispalhada anyway? It is a very specific way of making chispe, which is the foot of the pig and a part usually despised. Perhaps because of its appearance which, we admit, may not be the most attractive in the world, but it makes up for it with its pleasant consistency and flavour.
Ingredients:
White beans 30%, pork head meat and chispe 22%, water, sauce(water, tomato, salt, starch, wheat flour(contains gluten), paprika, garlic, spices, sugar and thickener: xanthan gum), meat sausage(pork meat, fat and pork rind, paprika paste(paprika and salt), salt, garlic paste, sugar, emulsifier: diphosphates and preservative: sodium nitrate), black pudding(pork fat, blood and rind, wheat flour(contains gluten), onion, salt, garlic paste, spices and natural pork casing), sugar, carrot, salt and onion.
