Water, balsamic vinegar of modena 30% (wine vinegar, concentrated grape must, colouring (sulphite ammonia caramel) (contains sulphites (30%)), sugar, extra virgin olive oil, honey (4.5%), modified corn starch, salt, preservative (potassium sorbate), honey flavouring (0.05%), thickener (xanthan gum), burnt sugar, antioxidant (rosemary extract).
